Mediation
Mediation
If you and your (former) partner want to reach a divorce or relationship breakdown settlement together, you may benefit from mediation. Mediation is a way of resolving disputes and discussions out of court. You both have the steering wheel in your own hands and can thus reach a settlement on your own without the intervention of a judge. The mediator is a neutral third party who guides the parties in finding an agreement. The mediator does not take sides and creates an environment in which the parties can reach a solution themselves.
Divorce or ending a relationship always brings with it a whole reorganisation. Especially if there are children. The partnership ends but parenthood remains. That is why it can be important for you to find a solution together that is completely tailored to your needs. We can assist you in this on the basis of our extensive experience in family matters.
