Family law, family property law and general civil law

He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Antwerp as Master of Laws. Immediately afterwards, he started as a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar Association, now the Antwerp Provincial Bar Association.

During his studies, he already developed a special interest in family law, family property law and general civil law. He further developed this interest in his career as a lawyer by specialising in these areas.

Legal precision

With legal precision and the necessary empathy, Steven guides clients through negotiations and court proceedings. He also does not hesitate to be sharp and firm when the case requires it.

Quality

In court, he always knows how to use his gift for words to plead your case assiduously. A quality he has already crowned as winner of various moot court competitions at home and abroad.

Steven is also very active within the Antwerp Bar Association as a board member of De Conferentie. He organises all kinds of activities and training days by and for lawyers, which provide useful contacts and a considerable network.
