Who are you?
- Master's degree in law
- At least four years of experience behind him and passionate about corporate law and all its facets
- Ambitious relationship builder triggered by innovation
- Analytical ability hand-in-hand with a thoroughly fresh perspective on law

What's the job?
Together with the Partner, you are responsible for the success and further development of the corporate law department. You will provide advice and conduct proceedings relating to:
- Shareholder agreements
- Acquisitions, restructuring and/or merger of companies
- Transfer of trade fund (judicial) reorganisation of companies
- Director and founder liability
- Corporate housekeeping
- And so much more ... .
