Who are you?
- commercial litigation advice and procedure
- litigation regarding the collection of invoices, regarding the interpretation and/or non-execution of agreements;
- franchise discussions; commercial agency, product liability
- You are a people person and go to great lengths for your clients
- custodial and executive attachment
- negotiating and writing commercial contracts and general terms and conditions.
What's the job?
Your profile:
- Master's degree in law
- At least two years of experience behind him and passionate about business and corporate law in all its facets
- You are precise and punctual
- You are a people person and go to great lengths for your clients
- Analytical ability hand-in-hand with a thoroughly fresh perspective on law
- Team player by heart, result-oriented and 200% dedicated
